4.5 Under the Data Protection Act 1998 you may request UCAS to provide you with details of Personal Information that UCAS holds about you. If you want to make a request for this information you should write to our Company Secretary at the above address. There will be a fee of £10 payable. A cheque for this amount should be sent to UCAS with your request for information.
5.1 These terms are not intended to confer any benefit on a third party under the provision of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
5.2 Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved to UCAS.
5.3 UCAS reserves the right, at any time, to suspend or terminate your access to, or use of, the Website.

5.6 For the exclusive benefit of UCAS, UCAS shall retain the right to bring proceedings in the Courts of the country of residence of any user of the Website.
5.7 If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid by any Court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions which shall continue to have full force and effect.
