  • Department for Business, Innovation and Skills
    Analysing the predictability of A level grades 2007-2011

    An investigation of the effectiveness of predicted grades as part of the admissions process, in order to establish whether predicted grades are a reliable representation of actual performance and which factors affect reliability.Information about this project is also available on the CERUKplus database: www.ceruk.ac.uk.

    Investigating the experiences of applicants with special educational needs, disabling medical conditions or impairments, during the admissions process

    A joint Action on Access/UCAS project to investigate decision-making processes and any issues faced when applying to higher education.

  • Sutton Trust and the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills
    Tracking the decision-making process of high achieving HE applicants

    The overall aim of this research project is to understand the decision-making, in relation to higher education institutions and courses, of high-performing applicants.
